BC's Minister of Forests Visits Cheslatta Territory

Cheslatta Carrier Nation was pleased to welcome the Honourable Ravi Parmar, Provincial Minister of Forests, and his staff, early in January 2025 for meetings with Chief Leween and a flight over Cheslatta Territory. We appreciate Minister Parmar visiting our community and having the opportunity to show him our forestry operations and the devastation that wildfires have caused to our territory over the last several years.
